Reference 74 Powered Speaker System (Price TBD) Call for more information.

While my passion has and continues to be recreating the Wall of Sound in various scales (and ultimately a full scale reproduction), I recognize not everyone can fit even a "Mini" Wall of Sound in their home.  So, the goal was to create a speaker system that was designed with live music fans in mind.  This is the Reference 74.  While it has the look and construction inspired by the Wall of Sound it couldn't be further from that.  I wanted a system that wasn't based on typical consumer audio components but professional live sound drivers and ample power to recreate the live experience at home.

Each 3-way tower has 3 separate Hypex amplifiers providing up to 350w of continuous power with low distortion.  They are all DSP programmed for both standalone use and subwoofer pairing if you want to take advantage of the full power available.  The 8"(2) speakers, 6"(2) speakers and compression drivers are all operating at far below their potential.

With DSP onboard, these towers can be customized for your space or different music choices.  As fans of live music we know that all shows aren't recorded the same.  Want a "Betty Board" setting???  Everything can be customized for exactly what you want to hear.

Most of us listen to our music these days from digital sources. While analog inputs are available, the system was designed to be paired with a digital streamer that is compatible with most music services.  I pair it with the Wiim Ultra for it's feature set.  No need to overpay for an expensive Streamer with and integrated DAC.  Each speaker has a high quality integrated DAC of it's own.

The recommended sealed dual opposing driver subwoofer (not pictured) can be sized to your needs.
